My husband and I bought a 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks last week and we LOVE it! We traveled over an hour to this dealership and were so impressed with this dealership! We worked with Luke who was such a joy and incredibly helpful in the process. Lisa in finance was great as well, I couldn’t believe how quickly we got in and out of finance! Such an easy time at the dealership!

Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

Unfortunately the dealer lacks options of vans but very friendly people overall ask for either Matthew or Mark and they will guide you in the right direction we went to plenty of other dealers who play way too many games unlike these guys

We recently moved to the Plainfield/Naperville area and have been thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle. We visited Rod Baker Ford just to look and possibly test drive a Mach-e to make an informed future decision. Matthew K was exceptionally helpful, he assisted us on our terms and interest without pressure. Tim checked in with us once we were back from the test drive and both he and Matthew exemplify their dealerships no-pressure approach. This first impression by there team will certainly bring us back to their dealership for all our future purchases and the service of the 2 other Fords we have in the family currently. If you are looking to avoid the shenanigans that can go on at some other dealerships, I would absolutely recommend you visit the team at Rod Baker.

This is a well layout pristine auto dealership. The premises was neat and spotless. The parts department was well located. Special accolades to the service department both Bob and Max were on point with their understanding of the automotive business and provided immense information and assistance relative to my automotive needs. My husband and I called about a truck posted on a third party site. Matthew answered the phone and confirmed the truck was available. After a lengthy drive, Matthew greeted us at the door. We have had several typical bad car salesman experiences in the past, this interaction was not included in those experiences. Matthew was new to the job, but did fantastic. He never pressured us, he was always transparent with every single detail. He will be our first call for our next vehicle purchase.

We purchased a used vehicle recently from Rod Baker Ford. We found the listing online a drove 3 hours to look at it. They were able to hold the vehicle for us once they knew we were on our way which was reassuring! The application forms were simple and the process was easy. They were able to work with us on our trade in and we were able to get the price we wanted on our payment after a bit of back n’ forth. (As expected, It’s a car dealership). We worked with Matt. He was very attentive and made 2 follow up calls to see how the vehicle was working out for us post purchase. We would recommend this dealer for someone looking to purchase.

I recently stopped by to look at trading in my 2019 Wrangler, and although the numbers didn’t work out the way I wanted this time, I still had a great experience thanks to Kaitlyn. Outstanding service from Rod Baker Ford and team! I was looking to purchase a new Bronco and decided to have it built to my specifications. Sales consultant Kaitlyn helped me every step of the way. She guided me through the entire process of ordering the Bronco from beginning to end. Rod Baker kept me informed of the progress and actually delivered the finished Bronco 3 months in advance of the projected completion date. Kaitlyn was professional, courteous and had a laid back approach which made the entire experience more enjoyable. It has been three months since the purchase and Kaitlyn still reaches out to ask if I have any questions about the vehicle and to make sure I’m happy with the Bronco. Great job Kaitlyn! I ordered four tires and was not able to have them installed on the day of my appointment because of a sudden health issue. I then contacted the service department. They said that my car could be picked up and brought to Quick Lane for installation at no cost to me. My car was picked up and delivered back to me in half of a day. The two transport people were pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Rod Baker Ford. They truly care about their customers.

After 3 attemts to diagnose a bearing noise in my 2022 f-150 i went to rod baker ford where i had purchased my truck new. they are far from my home and my local dealer finally told me to bring it back when the noise was loader. rod baker diagnosed the problem and had it repaired under warranty. they did the warranty work along with some additional non waranty work in 4 days. what a pleasure to deal with the profesional service manager and personnel. i will purchase my next truck from then in the future thank you very much !

Went in for a recall service. Told them about an issue that I am having with the dual air conditioner unit in my car. Wass told to bring car back during the week. Will update after that is done. My car is a Lincoln MKC, so I decided to take it to a Lincoln dealership instead. Update: Looks like the evap unit needs to be replaced. $4500 to do the service. Might as well trade it in.

Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We purchased a used vehicle recently from Rod Baker Ford. We found the listing online a drove 3 hours to look at it. They were able to hold the vehicle for us once they knew we were on our way which was reassuring! The application forms were simple and the process was easy. They were able to work with us on our trade in and we were able to get the price we wanted on our payment after a bit of back n’ forth. (As expected, It’s a car dealership). We worked with Matt. She guided me through the entire process of ordering the Bronco from beginning to end. I ordered four tires and was not able to have them installed on the day of my appointment because of a sudden health issue. I then contacted the service department. They said that my car could be picked up and brought to Quick Lane for installation at no cost to me. My car was picked up and delivered back to me in half of a day. After 3 attemts to diagnose a bearing noise in my 2022 f-150 i went to rod baker ford where i had purchased my truck new. they are far from my home and my local dealer finally told me to bring it back when the noise was loader. rod baker diagnosed the problem and had it repaired under warranty. they did the warranty work along with some additional non waranty work in 4 days. what a pleasure to deal with the profesional service manager and personnel. i will purchase my next truck from then in the future thank you very much !

Went in for a recall service. Told them about an issue that I am having with the dual air conditioner unit in my car. Wass told to bring car back during the week. Will update after that is done. My car is a Lincoln MKC, so I decided to take it to a Lincoln dealership instead. Update: Looks like the evap unit needs to be replaced. $4500 to do the service. Might as well trade it in.
