Our sales and service team are fully prepared to assist with the following:
– All in-stock vehicle pricing is available via telephone or email
– The credit application process is available via telephone or secure internet
– We can provide trade appraisals via pictures, telephone, email or we can schedule an appointment to come to you.
– All necessary documentation requiring signatures can be delivered to your home or place of employment.
– All purchased vehicles can be delivered to your home or place of employment.
– Your trade-in vehicle can be picked up from your home or place of employment.
– Service appointment vehicles can be picked up from your home or place of employment.
– Loaner vehicles, when scheduled and available can be delivered and picked up from your home or place of employment.
– Payment and paperwork can be managed via the telephone or online portal.
Rod Baker Ford sales showroom is open by appointment only as we take extra precautions at the dealership to ensure cleanliness and safety. Along with increasing our in-store cleaning intervals, we are taking additional steps to wipe down contact points after test drives and in vehicles returning for loaner service. Our service and parts department have adjusted business hours.
