Too be quite honest I still wish I was able to keep my Trailblazer SS because of the memories I have with my children, however, the 2012 Shelby GT500 is an amazing car & new memories will be created with my family. I just love all of the cars I buy & am happy to now have this one. My experience with your dealership was very positive. Your sales representative Jim Walter was very knowledgeable & has a great personality. I have had my Ford trucks serviced at your location for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Always on time, always professional. Today, I experienced something out of the norm though. What I thought was going to be a simple oil change turned into a multi point inspection, one that I actually witnessed as I've always wondered whether service shops actually inspected anything. To my surprise, you informed me of a sqeeky tailgate that was adjusted and resolved. I don't think that was part of your initial inspection, but nonetheless....something wasn't up to your standards and was corrected. The mechanic that serviced my truck did so with great care. I would like to thank you guys for treating my Ford as if it were yours!
